Pretty little "precious moments" decorative what not. It has a heart hanging by a pink colored ribbon and has a friendship poem on the back that reads as follows:

it has the Precious Moments insignia on the bottom. Appears to be either porcelain or ceramic......

no ma'am...it is NOT new, but it's in EXCELLENT condition.....There are NO chips, scratches or dings on it at all....it was given to me several years ago and it was in storage for 2 years...I unpacked it when I moved and realized that with all my husbands "collection" of salt and pepper shakers, I have NO place for mine.....so getting rid of it all. Had posted Dreamsicles in several lots, but they didn't draw any attention....LOL
