FREE: POW & MIA STAMP

The listing, POW & MIA STAMP has ended.

This is a USPS 32 cent postage stamp in honer of the POW & MIA. This stamp has not been used I bought it new when they came out. It has never been hinged, but do to being stored it has gotten moist on the glue part on the back as shown in picture. Other wise nice stamp.
