I agree---these are fabulous xeriscape plants! Be sure to give 'em room ---I have had to move a few that outgrew their spot. They grow fast!

I have 117 feet wide slope in my backyard that I recently redesigned. I pulled out the irrigation and let the grass die.Then I built a 20" retaining wall and spread stone chips to help retard the weeds. So I will space the plants out adequately. I thank you for the correct spelling of xeriscape.

Agaves are warm-weather plants, usually zones 9 to 11. You should check on this for your particular zone before planting outdoors.
