I know it can be discouraging to not hear from a seller or even worse to hear from a seller but still never receive your item. That's why feedback is important to look at & what helps me decide to bid if they are new is if they respond to comments on their auctions :-) but at least Listia will give you ur credits back just hate that it takes 5 days

I believe they r pearls, I'm not sure if they r real or not though. But it's a very beautiful necklace.
