Indeed, those days are a thing of the past. It seems inevitable that Listia will eventually shut down for good. The platform no longer feels fair or honest. I always start my bids at 99 points for every item, regardless of value, hoping to earn enough points to at least cover shipping costs. Occasionally, I must remind buyers of this. To secure great deals, I ask for substantial points in return. It's the only method I have to afford free shipping. Otherwise, why bother with this site, right? Listia should have never altered their platform from the start.

I've gathered many points, but there's nothing on this site that interests me except for some sports cards, and even that hobby is losing its appeal to me. I'm mainly interested in obtaining Amazon gift cards, but the asking price is too high. We're paying far too much for a $5.00 gift card. For any amount, it's unreasonable. Who would pay $45.00 for a $5.00 Amazon gift card? Certainly not me. That's why I believe it's unjust for Listia to sell them at all; it's simply not fair.
