I am assuming that the turquoise is real, but I am quite sure that the setting (metal) is just that...metal. I have enclosed the picture of the break, and do not know if it can be repaired.

It is a metal ring, not sterling. It's a metal that has a coating on it that will chip of in time. I had one years ago. That break is an easy fix.

the 925 means that it is silver
