Hello Lisa, These rings are strickly costume jewelry. I have had them for awhile, however, and they have not turned in color. There is no real gold or silver in these rings. However, I do not know about the stones. I purchased them on ebay several years ago. Yes, you get all of the rings shown in the picture. However, they are not real gold or silver. They are strickly costume jewelry which I purchased from ebay several years ago. I don't know whether the stones in these rings are real or not, however. Thanks for your question!
