As shown in the photo, this was Printed by the Treasury Department Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Under the Authority of James A Farley, who was the Post Master General in 1937, when this was issued as a commentive item for stamp collectors. There is glue on the other side, this is in Mint Condition for it's age. Shows a photo of the original "Smokey Mountain Park" stamp. This item has a plate number. This is not a replica or reprint, but an actual souvenir sheet. No International Sales.
