never having used one logic would indicate that the 3/4" is the barrels circumference,i think that's fairly skinny don't you/

I don't see that on the package anywhere,there is however an intrusion sheet inside but I don't would to open it then it wouldn't be fair to the other bidders,because I stated it is new in package
