this is bright red in color, not orange as it shows. has a tie string in the hood and,2 small pockets ,an adjustable strap under the belly so it will fit and elastic for the back legs so it won't ride up. two small pockets one on each side. a slit in it for the leash to go into. and it has a reflector across the back of it. to keep your pet safe. it says Penn-Plax xs but it is miss marked .it is for a small or medium sized dog. real nice jacket.
