it is a prepaid iphone 3gs that once you get the charger and sim card will work i bought it for my fiancee but it is not for him hes not intelligent enough to work it properly it does not come with the sim card or the charger so be aware of that but i will guarantee once you get your sim card and the charger it will work i will be sending through priority mail with the tracking number
