     Yeah it was a set of 4 coke glasses with the handle. They were packed bubble wrapped but not tightly together so they bumped on each other and one cracked. The seller didn't care enough to help me on the one that broke and blocked me. I am sure there was insurance on the package.

     I understand the concern about not wanting to disclose the seller's identity, but it's important to know who they are. Conducting business with someone who lacks responsibility is risky. The fact that they blocked you after completing the transaction is a clear indicator that they may not be trustworthy for future dealings.

     Years ago, I was blocked following discussions in the comment section about the company overcharging its customers and employing shills. Both the comments and my account were subsequently blocked.
