and dont block me just because im saying this and read the whole thing before you get mad. im not trying to be rude just passing the message along from listia b/c they have it in there rules- you are responsible for making sure the item shows up.proof that you sent something at the post office isnt enough..i went the cheaper route and paid for only certificate of mailing on some items and i still had to refund credits b/c i didnt provide tracking....here is the excert from the shipping and handling rules

"You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the listed item gets to the winner.
