FREE: Plastic Party Banner

The listing, Plastic Party Banner has ended.

The colorful banner says Party and has balloons on each. When I measured it is about 10 feet long but as you can see in the second picture, it is twisted. Once un twisted it’s probably 12 feet. Please see last picture. The last flag on one end has been tied on the corner because it broke. You could just cut it off if you wanted to. I’m very transparent and all my listings. Please see all pictures.
