This is a homemade bottle cap fishing lure.
My 14 yr old son has aspbergers, and plans on having his own camp ground and fishing lure and bait shop. Making and selling these is his start on his lure shop. He loves to make them and gets excited when one sells. He knows im saving points for a special christmas gift for him and the other night he brought me this and said he wanted to " donate this to the cause". I asked what cause, and he smiled and said to help get more points for christmas. :)

He was so excited that someone bought one of his lures, he said he just had to do another won. :)
