This shirt is brand new, tags still attached. I bought it, hung it in my closet (in my pet-free and smoke-free home) and never wore it. Now that I have lost 50# it is too big for me. The blouse is made of 100% polyester, hand wash and line dry. It has a figure flattering empire waist with an attached satiny black belt that ties in the back. The blouse is completely sheer and is intended to be worn as a layering piece.
