1.New City Hospital in Trail BC Vintage Postcard One of the many fine new buildings in Trail BC is the City Hospital. 4 cent stamp! In very nice condition with very slight damage to the corners.
2. Hope Princeton Highway Slide on Jan 9 1965 at 4am Johnson's Peak broke in half and plunged 4000 feet into the valley below. The Highway 3 was covered with 300 feet of broken rock and dirt for a length of approx 0ne and one-half miles. This slide area is about 10 miles east of hope.
Note: My dad helped built these roads in the 40's before I was born but moved back to Saskatchewan in the early 50's.
3. Vintage Postcard A beautiful aerial view of the Okanagan Lake Bridge in British Columbia, Canada. This is the largest floating bridge in the British Commonwealth.
