I dont see a make / model but it does come with the cord and it just directly connects with my laptop when I plug it in. No disk needed, I will google to try and find it and post it in auction

I wrote all that is on it there was a sticker inside under battery but its gone. All u have to do is type in the brand and mini digital camera into GOOGLE and it comes right up. I'm sorry there's no #on it anymore but this is a simple item and easy to GOOGLE its specs.
