I took this watercolor off for awhile to contact the famous artist Art Lien to see if it was an original watercolor or a print. I have attached an email from Art Lien and he says it is his watercolor print that is printed on watercolor paper, but he said he did actually sign the print on the bottom so that is a real signature. Famous Supreme Court Artist ART LIEN Watercolor Print Chief Justice John Roberts & Clarence Thomas. The title is Solicitor General Donald Vermilli questioned by Chief Justice John Roberts US vs. Texas, 4-18-16. It is signed by Art Lien and he has been doing art for the Supreme Court since 1976 and it is becoming a dying art because there are not many that do it anymore. This is a Watercolor Print that was printed on watercolor paper and it measures approx. 10 X 12 on Watercolor paper. No frame. He apparently does not do Certificates of Authenticity. This is a great piece of History in the USA. Plus this is the Chief Justice in charge of the Presidential Impeachment. He will go down in History too.
