Let me explain, I sold a valuable,vintage item,sent the item out to buyer who gave up 5000 credits. They e-mailed me two days later w a very rude note claiming that the item was broken, and they would be repackaging and shipping back the item, disagreeing with them that I had lied in the description and sold them damaged goods. Submitting a support ticket w/Lista to look into the matter, since the sale was still fresh, Lista felt it would be easier to just settle by returning the item,and returning the credits. Unfortunately,I was stuck with a damaged item that I can resale, and out any earned credits, which placed me into the negative credit bracket.When I received the item, I noticed as to why the item was damaged goods, someone tried to screw down a eye-hook screw which caused the item to break. I was rather upset with the ordeal and had taken some time away from Lista. However, I have since returned to give the honest people of Lista another opportunity at the chance of wining quality items.Please note, my “ Positive” feedback as well, also some of my past auction description's and how I list my items honestly and accurately. I apologize for being long-winded, and I do understand if you would rather pass on bidding, I just felt like everyone deserved an explanation.Thanks for stopping by and looking.
