Up for bid are 10 paperclips in the shape of musical clefts that we got at Staples.
When these were purchased, we assumed the paperclip would look like a musical cleft when used.
Well, they can be forced down over the edge of sturdy (almost the strength of cardboard), but with regular paper which we wanted to use them on, they tore or wrinkled the paper.
I have shown one on the edge of an envelope, and if you didn’t need the clip to go all the way down, these are fine. However we needed the whole cleft to be shown, so we could not use these.
I have shown what they look like on each side when used normally. So they are still decorative for journals and scrapbooks, etc. Sending 10. All are matte gold.
