touchscreen Panasonic toughbook has no operating system but if bids go beyond 10,000 I will include unbuntu usb that will enable laptop to work .

this is a Touchscreen laptop that means you can use a stylus to manipulate the screen stylus is included it is a 12 in screen and has only 502mb of memory if you have a windows xp disk you can have it running at normal capacity

has NO DISK DRIVE
2 usb ports
SD card slot
can be attarched to t.v. or monitor ,printer
Clear screen excellent resolution.

i did google what u put in your auction detail and i cant find any toughbook TC-4 so so if you got a website where the spec are i would like to look at it cause u aint much help with the details or specs of this laptop

.....the hard drive is the hard drive that came with the laptop please Google Panasonic toughbook specs , an ubuntu usb is a bootable usb with the ubuntu OS loaded onto it that enables the laptop to boot into the ubuntu operating system.

yes it has hard drive no OS because it was ghosted as in wiped clean it will come with an ubuntu usb that will boot it into the ubuntu OS and it will work Google ubuntu

@DoldsonHealth this will not fit in a 5 dollar flat rate box, thats way too small.
this will however for in a medium flat rate box for 12.95 + insurance its pretty cheap at the post office but dont let anyone lowball you its a great little laptop.very
