Even though it does say Jace is only if GIN is used, this selling strategy is misleading. My guess is that every person who bid on this believed they were bidding on Jace.

If it was not ashleystoner96's intent to mislead people, I would hope the seller is willing to refund credits to the winner if they did not understand what they were bidding on.
