Lloyd Bentsen was an American politician who was a four-term United States Senator from Texas and the Democratic Party nominee for vice president in 1988 on the Michael Dukakis ticket.
This pin is from the early 1970s I think, during one of his campaigns for senator. Good condition, but as you can see, there is oxidation on the back. Does not detract fro front, but is there.
Pin measures 2.25”. See my other auctions for a pin of Dolph Briscoe who was governor of Texas from 1973 to 1979.
