I have a magic jack that's in good working condition. it's been plugged in to PC to test if it powers on but not setup to call.

Has this ever been setup at all? Or service still on It Please Provide Account Information If It has been setup before..

Will you be providing the unlock information if this is not brand new in an unopened package?

I found a magic jack and when I plug it in to my computer it asks for an email address and a password. Since I can't enter the correct email address and password I can't use the magic jack. So I called the Magic Jack company and asked if they can unlock it for me and they said they would not. They told me if I can't put in the previous owner's information then it will never work again.

it's to make phone calls through your pc. if you google it, you'll find more info on it.

I have a magic jack....I love mine! I also was able to send one to my hubby, who is Costa Rica right now...we now are able to call each other for free! Awesome product!

i got it from a garage sale. since everyone's been asking if it's an account has been setup for it, I plug it in my pc and had it installed and it ask if i wanted to created an account or I already had one. I suppose that means it's never been used before.

it didn't have an account setup on it cause when i plugged it in it gives you an option of creating an account or if you already had one to register the magic jack to your existing account
