Hi there, yes this is an underwire, as far as demi, I'm pretty sure it is, half is cotten and the top half is lace

they are not thongs, but very skimpy. lacey see thru and string sides, the bra is 100% cotton, it's not padded, it does have an underwire, top half is lace and it snaps in front, also it has a racerback
