Sorry but is it legal according to Listia that you say Free Shipping and then:

Just saying because one time I paid for shipping on an item, but they didn't provide delivery confirmation and I never got the item....

I've always shipped FREE to the winner. It does not cost the bidder/winner anything for my items. I know the rules and have been on Listia almost since inception. This statement in my listings has been effective for me...
