Vintage Japan Lonely Frog Sitting on a Toadstool Shaker

This belonged to my mother who acquired it from her Aunt in the late 1950's or early 1960's and it has been stored in my family homes ever since.

There is no makers mark on this, there is only Japan marked on the bottom.

This Lonely (he / she has lost it's mate) Frog Shaker (not sure if it's a salt or pepper) is seeking a new home where it might have a mate or it would just be happy to be with other of its kind (of the shaker variety) or just to be displayed as cute figurine as its very tired of being kept stored away.

This Frog Shaker is in Good Condition. There are no cracks or chips. There is small nick or it is a missed spot of paint prior to being glazed on left side of the base. The picture makes it seem a lot bigger, it about 3/32" or the size of a tip of a ballpoint pen. It does not distract from the overall curtness of this Frog Shaker.

It is approx. 2 3/4" h and has a base diam. of about 1 1/2".
