lol it's a stamps postal scale you got to use their software(stamps.com) to use i think. i dont know much about it I didnt really evrer give it a shot. You install the software for it on your computer hook the scale up i think to your comuter too and weight items liek envelopes and such small items nothing above 20pnds i believe and you use the stamps.com to purchase the required postage needed for the item you weigh(envelope). Best I can tell you try googling it you may get more info. DO not sign up with stamps.com researching it until you knwo for sure you undersatand the program and membership criteria etc.

It plugs directly into the computer and weighs your package, then sends the info to your account to print the postage so I believe you have to have an account to use it because you have to be logged in. Without having the equipment, I do not know if you can just use it without logging in. I just know that it plugs in to the pc and calculates like that.

How much for shipping if it does not reach the 100 mark? I don't think I can keep bidding over and over to hit it can I? Don't I have to wait til it get's up that far?

lol cause i can ship it flat rate which would be $8.95 and i do have another scale actualy a black one that requires no membership with anything ot the such you just plug it into a power outlet and weight

yep i have had that happpen so give it a try wait and see what heppens. Also get freinds to sign up and ppost atleast one item you get 50 free referral credits for each referral who signs up inder your invite referal and list one item :)
