I have never seen anything like this before, It is a bag of shredded money and it is from the smithsonian institute. it measures 5 x 3 1/2. I tried to get a good picture of the original label but got some glare. hope they are clear enough. WHAT A GREAT STOCKING STUFFER FOR CHRISTMAS. /GOOD GAG GIRFT.
