Description

The listing, Bamboo Plant has ended.

My bamboo, finally has some babies that are about a foot high. This listing is for two of the babies, of course i will have to cut part of the tops, to get them mailed. I will not be mailing these until Nov 3, since i will have to pay extra postage to get them there safely.
These are just gorgeous, and i was delighted to see my hard work was paying off.

Bamboo is not normally a houseplant, however two of us in this listing do have some in pots. Bamboo normally gets about 5 to 9 foot, depending on it's location. In a pot, i am sure it probably would not get that tall.

Just an added tip: If you plant from seeds, you can expect to see babies appearing in two to three months, then rapidly growing to a height of about two feet during the next two months. For plants: It's not uncommon for the first bamboo plant to die back, leaving behind it's rhizomes, which will come up, giving you new babies. Normally about 6 to 8 new babies will appear in about two months.
Newly established bamboo does need it's share of watering, unless the weather is freezing, then don't water.
