It is new in a plastic type package but I don't see an exp date on it..

You know, I am just not sure but I ordered it over the net and I just used another 60 in a similiar packaging that I got over the net too and it worked fine. I did get one a couple of months ago that I had to sit sit in water for a min or 2 but it worked fine after that. That is a tip someone told me. If you get one and it prints too light, just sit it in water a couple of mins , then blot dry and it works.
