I made this on Valentines Day for my friend and I one year, and we both absolutely loved it! It was simple and easy to make, which was great since I thought it'd be really hard to cook lobster. It's a great meal to make for anniversaries, Valentines (as previously stated), birthdays, or any other special occasion.
