Stuffed Lightning Mcqueen from Cars. This is purely stuffed very soft fabric outside. It has no moving parts and doesn't make any noise purely just a stuffed toy great for small children.

I think that would depend on the baby, it is a stuffed toy so it'd be safe for a baby to play with but be your call if your baby would like it
