This is a Very Colorful USED Condition United States Postal Stamp Celebrating 150 Years of The State of ILLINOIS. This Official used Stamp Came Out in 1968 with .6 Cent Postage Value.
My late great grandma collected stamps. She was not a “true” stamp collector & basically stored them in manila envelopes. Whenever the USPS came out with a new stamp she would purchase them. Most of the stamps are in good condition as seen in photos but they have yellowed due to poor storage. These stamps are great for collectors both young and old alike. Additionally, they’d be great for paper crafting & jewelry making or anywhere else your creativity wants to take you.
