Is the strap long enough to wear over the shoulder?

I don't think so..the strap is approx. 10 1/2 inches which doesn't give you any room to wear over the shoulder..this is more of a clutch see picture 10 but you can hold the straps like a mini purse..Thanks I hope that helps also keep in mind this purse/clutch is only 6 1/2 inches long.
