(not working) OK so we bought this Apple/mp3 it worked for a month then battery died, when i plug it to the lap top it turns on i can view the songs and pictures as soon as you unplug it, it dies so i would say parts or if you can fix it . happy bidding

Bro mine did the same thing make sure the lock button is on and pluge it in and let stay pluged in for 24 hours and it charge again

You are better off trying to trade it in at an apple store, i get my ipod touch replaced whenever the screen gets shattered or harddrive issues. I might do a trade in for the 5th gen....
