Yes to eat but if u over charge u will just pay the extra amount. I think.

Yeah, I guess I'm a little confused too. So can we take it in and use it towards up to $25 for food (I'm fine with not getting change back)? What is the good Neighbor Rewards? Do we have to sign up for something in order to use the card?
