They call it free size- its a wrap so I think it would fit up to a 16 and as small as a 1

Oh it has long ties on the top band. so you wrap the skirt around your waist and the ties wrap around your waist and you just tie them together in a knot or some people use a bow. they are fun and comfortable

I hate to admit my age, but I wore Wrap Around skirts in high school.. They were the " IN " thing.. Till embarrassing mini skirts.. lol
