ShirleyGallo34 my daughter also has eczema badly and I have used this soap for her, it's mild enough and feels nice to her she likes it. We also use African Black Soap. She uses it for her hair and body. It's also very good, make sure it's from Africa or the goodness is milled out. Good luck. F&W thank you
