iTrip iPod Fm transmitter. Good working condition. I used it on a classic iPod but not sure what others it will work with, Gets power from the power slot next to the headphone jack on the ipod so it doesnt need batteries. LCD displays the frequency. Frequency can be changed with the twisting the end piece. Free shipping.

No. The transmitter gets power from the ipod. No batteries or charger required!!!

I dont have a nano so I dont know. If it has a little power slot nest to the headphone jack then yes.
