Free Shipping! However, I send free shipping by first class mail, so they may not arrive in time for this Halloween. But you'll have them for next year. Or, you can send me a message and we can figure out how much it would be for me to ship them so that you would receive them before Halloween; I would then expect you to pay me for the extra shipping via paypal.

• Please make sure the transaction is completed within 7 days per Listia policy. After 7 days, you void your credit and I will relist the item.

• I ship within 1-3 business days whenever possible, however there are times where I am busy and it might take up to 5 business days before I ship items out. I will ship first class or media mail whenever possible to minimize shipping costs. Please be patient and do not bid if you are unable to accept reasonable delays.
