I know, but thats why dont buy on ebay lol. Not a big deal. Just been scammed by so many people on here charging shipping or overcharging. I dont charge on any of my listings so I kinda expect it from others, make sense. No biggie. Its a really cute purse and my daughter really likes it, I just refuse to pay for shipping unless its something I HAVE to have (and its only been a few things). Thanks anyway and good luck.
