NOTICE : im listing this as is it does turn on it does open up feature it will not work on wifi with a password it does freeze up if you try and get on a wifi with a password it also can not handle muliple apps at one time becuse its memory is small so it will glitch if you try if you want better performance ive heard install android 2.2 ( do so at your own risk) so this is why im listing as i condition as you can see is used
