your basically giving your stuff you dont use away for free and people bid credits to buy it. You get credits and bid and trade your credits for things you want. You are only allowed to ask for Actual Shipping costs. and in some cases a fixed amount. 20.00 is really too much. being a book it would be media mail or flat rate large envelope (5 bux maybe 6 max).
