The listing, Coke Lot has ended.
The magnets are made of thick rubber,they are about 2X3",the bear on skis is a 1996 and the bear in sunglasses is 1997.There actually 4 trays (tray in pic 5 are doubles),they are about 5X7" and issued in 2003.They are called change traysThe back of the trays state that the artwork on them was introduced in 1954 and was painted on walls and billboards.
I apologize for the date on the pics,I forgot to change the date-they were taken 10/26/201
