old obsolete badge. I don't know much about this badge, it was in a storage bin that I won at auction.

This badge is not a real USBP badge but still very cool! A real agents badge is engraved or adorned with the agent/officers id or badge number when issued to them for service. EVERY badge in service or that was in service has the engraved id number. This is how officers/agents are identified by public and /or others in the field. It is NOT illegal to sell this badge on here, it is a VERY cool thng to have and I will probably still have to win it! LOL. F & W-Good luck!

It is agent the law to sell any thing that is border petrol! badge, patch, hat, shirt etc, This is part of homeland security. It don't matter if it is obsolete or not, selling it is a clear violation of homeland security and a matter of National security! A felony conviction carries a min sentence of 3 years to max 5 years for each offence! Look it up!
