this is a pantech verizon phone model works great no problems with it, got my daughter a new phone comes with charger it can be used as prepaid but for contract i don't know you will have to contact verizon for that thanks for looking

u dnt need a sim card for the phone there is no spot for sim card i just checked u can call them and have ur number switched over and u can put a memory card in it as well
