Mary Anne Lombard founded the Lombard Marketing Bloomfield, Connecticut, in 1987. Lombard manufactured mystery and romance puzzles for adults and children. The first bePuzzled title was introduced in 1988 and each puzzle came with a mystery story. Early puzzles have text on boxes showing the brand name as bePuzzled or bePUZZLED. University Games acquired bePuzzled in February 1999 and began referring to the brand name either in all caps as BEPUZZLED or with a lower case “p” as Bepuzzled.
This is an original early concept puzzle. The difficulty level is difficult. This would be great for anyone who loves to solve mysteries AND put together challenging puzzles.
