Thank you. My daughter just turned 4 and she is very small too (33lbs & 39 inches tall) Its hard to tell when you are bidding online of the size. I know the pants will fit, the shirt is a toss up but I am going to try to win anyhow. It may run bigger, all brands are different

I have always put it in the dryer so I would say so. My daughter is 5 and it just stopped fitting her, but she is very thin. Hope that helps. :)
